It has come to our attention that persons unknown have been sending out emails which purport to come from a subsidiary of the Company in Ghana, seeking applications for a variety of specialists for a mine development. We believe that this email may be connected with an "advance fee" fraud and we advise all recipients to ignore it and definitely not to send any funds. African Eagle does not have any interests in Ghana, is not currently recruiting for any posts and if we were, we would not ask for any up-front fee.
