CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
AND EXERCISES OF WARRANTS

African Eagle ("the Company", ticker AFE) announces that Mr Bevan Metcalf, the Finance Director, has taken over the role of Company Secretary from Mr Mark Parker, the Managing Director.
The Company also announces that exercises of warrants to purchase 685,001 shares at 6p per share have been received by the Company, raising £41,100.
On completion of these transactions the issued share capital of the Company will be 103,864,962. Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
