African Eagle ("the Company", ticker AFE) announces that Mr Bevan Metcalf, a Director, acquired 10,000 shares on the 28th June 2005 at a price of 19.5p. Mr Metcalf advised the Company of this transaction on 1st July 2005.
On completion of this transaction Mr Metcalf will hold 10,000 shares, equivalent to 0.01% of the total issued shares.
