African Eagle ("ticker AFE) announces that Orogen Holding BVI Ltd, a subsidiary of Gold Fields, today notified the Company that it had sold its entire remaining holding of 3,678,703 shares.
In addition, RAB Capital plc disclosed that it has acquired 3,500,000 additional shares, bringing its total holding to 31,105,312 shares, or 29.92% of the issued share capital.
