African Eagle Resources plc (the Company, Ticker: AFE.L) was notified yesterday by The Goldman Sachs Group Inc that its indirect subsidiary Goldman Sachs International has a beneficial interest in an aggregate holding of 4,100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, which represents 3.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
