African Eagle Resources plc (the Company, ticker AFE) was notified on the 21 November 2005 by RAB Capital plc, that it had sold 1,000,000 shares on the 18 November 2005. As a result of this sale RAB Capital plc has reduced its holdings to 31,105,312 ordinary shares, representing 27.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
