DIRECTORS DEALINGS AND HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

African Eagle ("the Company", ticker AFE) announces that the following Directors have exercised share options to purchase shares: Mr Mark Parker exercised options to purchase 50,000 shares at 16p; Mr John Park exercised options to purchase 250,000 shares at 16p; and Mr Chris Davies exercised options to purchase 62,500 shares at 16p. The dealing took place on the 8 March 2006.
On completion of these transactions Mr Parker and his wife will hold 3,073,087 shares, equivalent to 2.59% of the total shares in issue. Mr Park and his wife will hold 5,591,801 shares, equivalent to 4.71% of the total shares in issue and Mr Davies will hold 329,167 shares, equivalent to 0.28% of the total shares in issue.
