African Eagle (the Company, Ticker: AFE) has been notified that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited has acquired interests in shares which result in a total shareholding in the Company of 3,305,000 shares, equivalent to 3.56% of the total shares currently in issue.
The Company has also been informed by RAB Capital that the total number of shares held by funds under its management following the Placing announced on 21 December 2004 is 22,605,312, equivalent to 24.34% of the total shares currently in issue.
